Expand your knowledge. After an educational tour of the manufacture, the workshop takes place in the laboratory, in the form of a "tasting". Three original tins are opened for a comparative tasting of Baeri Français, Ossetra and Kristal caviars.

Tasting: about 50g of caviar per person. 
Drinks: 3 glasses of champagne cuvée Kaviari.
