  • 4 slices rye bread
  • 80g French Baeri Kaviari caviar
  • 100g fromage blanc
  • 50g thick crème fraîche
  • 40ml Kalamata Kalios olive oil
  • 1⁄2 tsp crushed pink peppercorns
  • chives
  • 1⁄2 lemon and zest
  • watercress
  • basil


Cut the rye bread into diamonds. Mix the fromage blanc, crème fraîche, 20ml olive oil, chives, pink peppercorns and lemon zest.

Spread a thin layer of the mixture over the bread.
Make a beautiful quenelle of Kaviari caviar and place delicately on the bread.

To garnish, add a few watercress shoots and basil leaves. Finally, drizzle with olive oil.
