COQUILLETTES WITH SPELT AND BLACK TRUFFLE

  • Spelt Coquillettes (250g)
  • A beautiful black truffle*.
  • Truffle oil*
  • 100ml cream
  • 30g butter
  • 1 bunch chives
  • Salt, pepper

Method:

Grate the truffle and set aside a few thin slices.
Cook pasta for 3 to 4 minutes, then drain.
Add the cream and butter, grated truffle, chopped chives and season.
Arrange, sprinkle with slices of truffle and drizzle with truffle oil; season with pepper.
