Crushed cucumber and trout roe

  • 1 cucumber
  • 150g plain yogurt
  • 50g trout roe
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Tarragon
  • A few cilantro leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Cut the cucumber into small pieces.

Add a little yogurt, blend with a food processor and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Pour the mixture into a bowl, add a tablespoon of trout roe in the center, and sprinkle with the chopped herbs.
