  • 320g Kaviari smoked salmon
  • 150g Philadelphia cheese
  • 40cl Nicolas VAE cucumber vinegar
  • 1 bunch radish
  • 1⁄2 lime and zest
  • Kalios X Delikatessen olive oil
  • Salt / pepper
  • 5 dill sprigs


Cut the radishes and salmon into thin strips.

In a bowl, combine the Philadelphia cheese, cucumber vinegar and lime zest and juice.

Spread this mixture on the finnscrips. Arrange them alternating slices of radish and salmon. Sprinkle with dill, salt and pepper.
