Mimosa eggs with tarama

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small jar tarama
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • A few herb shoots
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Cook the eggs for 8 minutes.

Shell the eggs and cut them lengthwise.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Set the whites aside.

Mix the yolks with a few spoonfuls of tarama.

Add the mixture to the egg whites and sprinkle with chives and herbs.
