Slices of cucumber, mashed avocado and tobiko

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small tin Tobiko (wasabi flavour)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Mash the avocado with a fork.

Season with the juice of half a lemon.

Mix with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Cut the cucumber lengthwise into very thin strips.

Arrange the cucumber slices on a plate and season with a drizzle of olive oil, then add a few spoonfuls of your avocado mixture, followed by the tobiko.
