  • 2 heirloom pineapple tomatoes
  • 160g plain Kaviari tarama
  • 20ml balsamic vinegar
  • 100ml Kalios x Delikatessen olive oil
  • A few basil leaves
  • Salt
  • Espelette pepper
  • Crackers Delikatessen

Method:

Wash and thinly slice the tomatoes, then arrange them on a plate. Season with a little salt and Espelette pepper and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Garnish the tomatoes with a few dabs of tarama and the basil leaves.
Garnish with 2 crackers.
