Smoked wild salmon
Wild smoked salmon has a smooth lean texture and a powerful and iodine flavour. His very pale flesh is why it is named White salmon, it is due to the salmon’s diet which mainly consists of herring. It is a salmon meant for connoisseurs in search of authenticity.
Salting: by hand, with natural sea salt.
Smoking: with beech wood following Nordic countries traditional methods.
Ingredients: salmon, dry salt, beech-smoked.
Origin: Baltic Sea.
Storage: can be kept in the fridge for 21 days before opening. After opening - 48 h.
Useful recommendation: to enjoy its full flavour, we recommend you take the salmon out of the fridge approximately 20 minutes before serving.
