Smoked Salmon from Faroe Islands
Faroe Islands salmon has a very soft flesh similar to the sashimi texture. Its light smoking with sea salt gives it a delicate flavor that enhances the taste of fresh salmon.
Salting: by hand, with natural sea salt.
Smoking: traditional and slow at low temperature, 100% oak sawdust.
Ingredients: salmon, dry salt, beech-smoked.
Origin: Faroe Islands.
Storage: can be kept in the fridge for 21 days before opening. After opening - 48 h.
Useful recommendation: to enjoy its full flavour, we recommend you take the salmon out of the fridge approximately 20 minutes before serving.
