Simply discover the world of caviar. The workshop starts off with an educational journey through the Factory and continues with a tasting session supervised by Pascale. Two boxes of different origins are opened to appreciate and compare the different flavours of caviar.
Menu :2 boxes of caviar: Transmontanus et Kristal- Tasting session of about 30g of caviar per person (2 spoons per box)- Drinks: 2 glasses of cuvée Kaviari champagne or choice of wine, vodka or saké- At the counter: smoked salmon and warm blinis.
