Expand your knowledge. After an educational trip through the Factory, the workshop takes place in the laboratory, in the form of a “tasting” session, led by our teams. Three tins are opened for a comparison tasting of Transmontanus, Osetra and Kristal caviars.
Menu :3 boxes of caviar: Transmontanus, Osciètre et Kristal- Tasting session of about 70g of caviar per person (3 spoons per tin)- Drinks: 3 glasses of cuvée Kaviari champagne or choice of wine, vodka or saké- At the counter: smoked salmon and warm blinis.
