Expand your knowledge. After an educational trip through the Factory, the workshop takes place in the laboratory, in the form of a “tasting” session, led by our teams. Three tins are opened for a comparison tasting of Transmontanus, Osetra and Kristal caviars.

Menu :
3 boxes of caviar: Transmontanus, Osciètre et Kristal
- Tasting session of about 70g of caviar per person (3 spoons per tin)
- Drinks: 3 glasses of cuvée Kaviari champagne or choice of wine, vodka or saké
- At the counter: smoked salmon and warm blinis.
