The must have! The workshop starts of with an educational journey through the Factory and continues with an exceptional tasting session in the laboratory. Indeed, the course is orchestrated by Bruno, our Caviar Master. Four tins of different origins, Transmontanus, Baeri, Ossetra and Kristal are opened to fully appreciate the diversity of aromas, notes and subtleties of the caviars.

Menu :
4 boxes of caviar: Transmontanus, Baeri, Ossetra and Kristal

- Tasting session of about 120g of caviar per person (4 spoons per tin)
- Drinks: 4 glasses of different varieties of Duval Leroy champagne or choice of wine, vodka or saké.

Accompaniments at the counter:
- Smoked salmon
- Trout roe, seaweed toast
- Home-made Tarama, assortment of crackers
- Home-made blinis
- Hot drinks and home-made cake
