This set-menu starts with a presentation of the Factory. The journey is followed by a “chic picnic” lunch: a tin of Kristal caviar is placed in the centre of a board (about 50g per person), accompanied by several Kaviari seafood products: smoked salmon heart, Gravalox salmon, home-made tarama, fish roe, warm blinis ... all served with accompaniments of the season home-made by our chef and 2 glasses of Cuvée Kaviari champagne.
