Like a return to the origins of craftsmanship, a tribute to the patience and precision that go into making the product of which we are so proud: Caviar.
Welcome to a place so dear to our hearts, the historic workshops of the caviar house. Where you’ll discover the secret of our profession, which is not to enjoy what you taste, but to love even more those with whom you share it.
Expand your knowledge. After an educational tour of the factory, the workshop takes place in the laboratory, in the form of a “tasting.” Three original tins are opened for a comparative tasting of French Baeri, Ossetra and Kristal caviars, with 3 glasses of champagne per person.

Kaviari supplies the world’s top chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants . Once a month, it opens its kitchen to a chef friend, inviting him or her to concoct a lunch around its caviars and seafood. A fabulous private lunch where you can meet the maestros, discover their signature caviar dishes and how they sublimate it.
