What is it?

Welcome to la Manufacture!

 

Welcome to a place so dear to our hearts, once the historic workshops of Maison Kaviari.

Renovated into a warm, modern loft, it has been organized as an educational and initiatory journey around caviar and the secrets of our trade.

Throughout the year, this unique venue can be privatized to host all types of events, from breakfasts and team-building sessions to cocktail parties and dinners.

And since Maison Kaviari supplies the finest chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants, every month Manufacture Kaviari invites one or two friendly chefs to concoct a lunch or dinner around its caviars and seafood products: an original and exceptional taste experience!

Workshops take place in the laboratory. These are fun, friendly courses for learning about caviar or perfecting your knowledge.

TRILOGY

Deepen your knowledge. After an educational tour of the factory, the workshop takes place in the laboratory, as part of a tasting session. Three original tins are opened for a comparative tasting of Baeri Français, Ossetra and Kristal caviars (60g of caviar per person), 3 glasses of champagne per person (Duval-Leroy Kaviari cuvée and a few glasses of vodka).

A must! The workshop begins with an educational tour of the factory, followed by an exceptional tasting in the laboratory. Four tins are opened for a comparative tasting of Transmontanus, Baeri, Ossetra and Kristal caviars (120g per person). To fully appreciate the diversity of our caviar aromas, enjoy 4 glasses of Duval-Leroy Kaviari champagne per person, a plate of warm blinis, smoked salmon and a few glasses of vodka.

In this formula, Kaviari begins with a presentation of the Manufacture, followed by breakfast in an ideal, intimate and discreet setting. You’ll enjoy Danish pastries and seasonal fruit. We also offer Kaviari products such as 30g of caviar and smoked salmon. To accompany all this, tea or coffee and fresh orange juice.

Lunch begins with a caviar tasting in the laboratory.

Then, served as a “chic picnic”: assortment of seafood, seasonal side dishes prepared by our Chef, homemade dessert and coffee/tea, 2 glasses of Kaviari cuvée champagne or a bottle of wine for 3 people.

Dinner begins with a caviar tasting in the laboratory.

The service continues at the table with an assortment of seafood (smoked salmon heart, homemade tarama, fish roe, bottarga…), several seasonal accompaniments, homemade dessert and coffee/tea, 4 glasses of Kaviari champagne or a bottle of wine for 2 people.
