Kaviari creates its first book on caviar, published by Éditions de la Martinière. This is the very first book to trace the history of wild caviar, from Russia to Iran. A story spanning centuries and territories, it tells in simple terms the culture of this luxurious delicacy, the different ways of tasting it and its new horizons, seen in collaboration with twenty-five great chefs, all united around this project.
