Four original tins are opened for a comparative tasting of caviar Transmontanus, Baeri, Ossetra and Kristal®. To fully appreciate the diversity of their flavors, we offer several side dishes.

4 caviar tins: Transmontanus, Baeri, Ossetra and Kristal
Tasting: approximately 120g of caviar per person.
Drinks: 4 glasses of champagne cuvée Kaviari.
At the counter: smoked salmon and hot blinis.
