A must! The workshop begins with an educational tour of the factory, followed by an exceptional tasting session in the laboratory. Four original tins - Transmontanus, Baeri Français, Ossetra and Kristal - are opened to fully appreciate the diversity of caviar aromas, notes and subtleties. 

Menu :
4 tins of caviar: Transmontanus, Baeri Français, Ossetra and Kristal 
Tasting: about 120g de caviar per person. 
Drinks: 4 glasses of champagne cuvée Kaviari.
At the counter: Smoked salmon and warm blinis.
