Avocado croque-monsieur

A very fresh, indulgent recipe in which the almondy taste of the avocado blends perfectly with the Baeri caviar.

The combination of textures is astonishing and wonderful.



Toast the sliced bread until golden brown and soft.

Mash the avocado and season with a few drops of lemon and pepper.

Spread on the toasted bread, then add a generous layer of fresh goat’s cheese.

Add a few drops of olive oil and Baeri caviar, then close the bread and cut it diagonally.
