Cod in small pieces

Caviar goes perfectly with all kinds of fish.

Lemon will add freshness to your recipe.

We prefer caviar with a strong iodine content, such as Baeri or Ossetra.


Cut the cod fillet into thin slices and season with salt and pepper.

In a small saucepan, melt the sugar and deglaze with the juice of one lemon.

Reduce the juice, lower the temperature and add 120g of butter in pieces, while stirring.

Quickly cook the cod slices in a frying pan with the remaining butter.

Once the cod has been placed on the plate, carefully add the caviar on top.
