Avocado and Caviar toast
A very fresh recipe in which the almondy taste of avocado blends incredibly well with Kristal® caviar and its notes of fresh almond.
Opt for a mild olive oil
Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into thin slices.
Drizzle with lemon juice and season.
Toast the 2 slices of rye bread.
Fan the avocado over each slice and drizzle with olive oil.
Season and garnish with caviar.
